“I've put ~12,000 miles on these shoes since receiving them. I'm only now beginning to see wear and tear that warrants retiring them, and I ride in them strictly on three separate bicycles. For a shoe that's asked to do so much they excel incredibly well at everything. The only thing that I did to improve the shoe's performance was to begin utilizing a runner's style heel-lock lacing to keep the back of my foot pinned down. Great in all weather conditions, from hot hot days in Texas to sub-freezing temperatures. The laces keep things maintenance free (I've damaged BOA systems on stumps and roots), and they look amazing! I'm going to miss my first pair, but I'll be buying another of the same (albeit in a diff colorway since the camo was discontinued).”
“These are my second pair of Quoc Gravel shoes and my original Gran Tourers are super comfy. I ordered my usual size EU42 and these do seem to be a bit snug. I've worn them lots since I got them and they have stretched a little bit, but do feel tight still, sadly I don't think I'll be able to wear them with the merino socks I bought.”
