“Beautiful shoes, really well made and they look stunning however, I take a 43 in every make of cycling shoe I’ve ever tried except for bont. Followed the instructions for sizing on the website but they ended up being a size too small for me. I understand variations in shoe lasts but a 43 should be a 43 not a 42 and a bit. I noticed inside the shoe, under the insole the shirts are labelled 8.5, however, technically 43 is 8.75. The inside length may well accommodate a 273mm foot but space towards the end of the shoe is very limited so although I could get my feet in my feet were too compressed vertically between the back of the foot and the top of the foot which is odd as I have thin and narrow feet. The returns process isn’t really inline with competitors as you have to return and reorder instead of simply returning with a request for the next size up. Ultimately the shoes are stunning but I’m disappointed.”
