Gran Tourer - Green Camo EU38 (prev. EU37.5) Reviews

4.8 Rating 22 Reviews
Have tried a few shoes on my gravel bike and am happy to report I finally found the right pair for me. Light and extremely well-made; laces allow me to decide how tight I want my shoes to be - flexible enough to allow me to walk without any pain at all. Am 100% satisfied that I bought the right shoes.

So far, I have only used these shoes for cross country mountain biking. Excellent fit and construction. Just the right amount of grip when walking. Love the faded camo colourway and the quality of the lacing system/laces/lace strap. Very nice shoes.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but someone researching Quoc may benefit. 1) I’m new to gravel riding and did a lot of research. From Shimano to Specialized and everything in between, I reviewed them all. 2) I’m a Craigslist shopper always looking for deals - that’s where I bought my first gravel bike and felt I could safe some money on used shoes as well. 3) Quoc reviews were consistently positive. Yes, they are expensive…but you get what you pay for. 4) I was prepping for a 70-mile adventure ride, but my training fell through so I ended up doing a 55-miler. More on that later. 5) I received the shoes and was worried I’d gotten the wrong size (too small). However, they weren’t. A couple key points on sizing - measure your foot to the longest toe (my index toe is longer than my big toe) and align that measurement with Quoc’s sizing chart AND ADD THE 5mm THEY RECOMMEND. I also ordered 3 pair of their merino wool socks. I typically wear wide shoes and Quoc does not offer a wide option, but that turned out to be OK. 6) With my ride two weeks out I didn’t feel I had enough time to exchange them for a larger size so I decided to go with it. I installed my cleats (voids ability to return) and got on the bike. 7) I ended up doing a 12-mile training ride (before Quocs arrived), then a 24-mile ride (with Quocs), then my 55-mile adventure ride. 8) Verdict: Amazing. Worth it. No blisters. Socks were also great. Very comfortable. Solid power transfer. Sizing was actually correct. Lace keeper works - laces never came out. Able to adjust laces to allow for good circulation. Easy to walk in off the bike. Well made, durable, will last for years. So while I do look for deals, I also am willing to pay for quality that will last and the Gran Tourer hits the mark. Happy gravel riding!

Love these shoes. I was looking for something that had a wider fitting, as close to a barefoot shoe as I could find. The construction of teh shoe is high quality and solid but not bulky or heavy, considering they are a touring/gravel shoe. Love the finishing and style of these. Will look to this brand when replacing my road shoes.

Very impressed with the “out of box” fit and comfort of these shoes. I was a little nervous of going with laces after using Boa closures for so long, but shouldn’t have worried, they work well and contribute to the comfort I think. The shoes are well made and look great. Couldn’t be happier

Having tried a number of touring shoes these are the best. A great fit, versatile and their assured fit in cleats provides confidence on the bike. Highly recommended.
