“Like most new shoes these are a little stiff initially, most frustrating are the laces which are pretty fiddly to adjust because of the snug fit through the eyelets. This however has now slackened off a bit and the shoes are super comfy. Sizing is the best I’ve had and I’ve had a lot of shoes. The soles also feel like they are going to be great once hike-a-bike season is upon me. So far so good.”
“I have worn this in casual gravel riding, commuting, and gravel races. Very comfortable, just stiff enough, no hotspots even with CB eggbeaters. Even commuted to work to the bike shop then realized I had forgotten my tennis shoes to change into, wore the GT all day at work and even then had no issues in comfort. Very easy to clean, creek crossings werent an issue, they did not stretch after being soaked and riding after. Also have the socks, absolutely my favorite pair of socks I own! Great shoes, great socks, very happy with both.”
“Had doubts over whether these shoes would be stiff enough for competitive gravel racing and or still comfortable. I can confirm they excel in both categories.”
“These are my second pair of Quoc Gran Tourer shoes. They always get a lot of abuse, riding in the gravel/mud, being completely soaked very often, laying on the heather for the night for a quick-dry and being abused again. They are a good fit, the only issue I have is with cold hands at the end of a ride, it can be hard to loosen the laces at the top. (I know, is part of the design to lace then tightly/neatly, but with my cold hands.)”
