2. roomy ( i have a low volume foot)
3. the last was spot on for cycling
4. stiff enough for the riding I do
cons:
1. the upper material around the ankle is not soft. over a 3.5 hour ride, I lost skin below my ankle for the high stiff cuff rubbing. Adding a 3MM pad below the foot insert raised my foot up enough for it not to rub the next few hours.
2. one for studs was mis-threaded out of the box. I can't back it out; can't tighten it as it spins
3. received two pairs of high arch inserts. expecting a high and a medium pair of arch inserts”
