“Very disappointed in this purchase. Bought the Otto that is identical to this bag,but smaller, and LOVED it! The only problem was the size. I have wanted the Williams bag instead of the Otto because of the difference in size! I carry big bags and the Otto is too small for me. Was so excited to get Williams bag for Christmas-but am sorry I got it! I didn’t get it the first time because of the high price. Loved the quality of first bag so went ahead so went ahead and got the Williams! Absolutely wish I had never gotten it!!! This bag catches lint ALL day long!!! Literally have to lint roll it every time, multiple times, all day long when I carry it. Same purse in smaller version did not NEVER required it to be lint rolled. The canvas is exactly same color and purses look identical other than size. Not sure what the difference is, but would like to return or exchange this bag for one that doesn’t have to be lint rolled every time I carry it!”
