“Oops! Not my best purchase. When I opened the box I thought the bag was beautiful but smaller than I expected and fully realized my mistake when I was getting my new bag ready - it is smaller than I realized and I think the inside lining makes the inside even smaller. I think I am more use to leather bags without all this cloth lining. I wish I had known about the Emma bag, this would have worked much better for me. I will not be using my Otto, it’s on the shelf in my closet-brand new. I am sad to say I have buyers remorse. I wish the money I spent on this was on a different, more usable bag that I would be carrying everyday. Not sure if customer service can help me or not. I would love a different outcome.”
