“I purchased my bag from QVC about a year ago. I have not had a positive experience with this bag. The bag appears to be well made, but when I fill it with my wallet, glasses, etc., the bag does not hang well. The side handles pull the bag out of balance when I use the shoulder strap and unless I keep it zipped shut, I worry that things will spill out of it. So, it sits in my closet. Just disappointed!”
“The bag is really well made. I could tell that it would hold up. I ultimately had to return it, though because the shorter straps weren’t practical for me. I need something I can sling over my shoulder on occasion. They have another bag with longer straps, but I’m petite and the thing would swallow me. This purse was the perfect size. I wish they had options on handle length. I wasn’t crazy about the black and white lining simply because who wants a white lining in their purse. I’m sure that would be discolored in no time. Strap options and lining options for a purse of this price would be great. I also would love to see some kind of clarification on warranty. Love to support American made, but I was also hesitant to spend so much money not knowing what would happen if something on the purse were to it hold up prematurely. All in all, if I didn’t need those longer shoulder straps, I would’ve kept it. The canvas was nice and thick and the zipper was heavy duty. Also, I selected digital ad as the place I heard about R.Riveter because they don’t have an “other” option. I found them through an online search looking for American made purses.”
