“I love the concept of R. Riveter and just made my 2nd purchase. I ordered the Patton in the navy blue. Shipping was quick and the packaging was great. The front logo on the leather was barely visible and seemed rubbed off. There was a wrinkle (for lack of a better word) on the front leather flap. I wondered if this had been a previous return. I feel like the workmanship on this purse didn't compare to my previous order. Because I was traveling, I didn't open my package until a few weeks after it arrived so I wasn't comfortable in returning the purse. I am using it and it fits my needs but will really have to think about ordering again.”
“Excellent quality! The canvas is thick and durable, and so is the interior lining. It has multiple pockets to help organize and a nice long leather strap to wear either short or long or cross body.”

“I love the concept. I wish I could order a different strap. I would hope at sone point you offer a customer a choice of the length of a strap. I noticed I can’t order a shorter one even though the straps all have clips! Please consider an option!”
“I love my new cross bag but it has one major flaw… the magnetic closure does not perform and the bag does not stay closed. The magnet needs to be powerful enough to ‘find’ itself. I need to continually look under the flap to ensure the magnet is engaged. My rating would increase to a 5 if this issue was/could be overcome.”
