“My husband bought one of these as a gift. The bag itself is nice, but way too small for me. He bought it months before he gave it to me. When I contacted the company and wanted to exchange it for a larger bag, that I could actually use, they said it was too late even for an exchange. I even offered to pay a re-stocking fee and all shipping if they let me exchange it for a larger bag, and they said no. So, if you order, be sure of what you want, or be happy to make a gift to charity because this company is completely uncooperative with its customers. You may get a nice bag and they will answer your email, but you sure won't get any help.”
