Part of Chris’s uniform was even used to make pockets on the inside. What a wonderful group of people you have working at your Southern Pines store. Ian helped me with designing my bag. “I have followed R.Riveter for many years and in 2019 I purchased my first purse and found out about the Heirloom option. My first appointment was that August but due to my Father’s health I could not make the appointment, when I called the store they were more concerned about him and how I was than the appointment. This September we lost Daddy, my Mom, Sister and I made an appointment in early October to have his remaining uniforms made into keepsakes. We were treated with such kindness once you all realized how recently we lost him before our appointment everyone working that day focused on how we were doing. My Mom and Dad were married 62 years and 30 years of that was with the USAF - Thank you for making a bittersweet experience a bit easier. The Southern Pines store staff were so wonderful”
