When they said that you would receive over $250 of value in the box, I believed it would be more than a couple dollars. I love the bag I received, but the bag was valued at $248, and I received a pin to make up the value difference. Again, like the bag, just disappointed with the misrepresentation of the value I would receive.”

“I knew I was taking a chance when I purchased the mystery box. I received a bag with the earthly grassland pattern. I did not see that pattern on the website at the time of purchase so I didn’t know it was even an option. So when I opened the box I was totally surprised and disappointed. It’s literally the only pattern I don’t like.”
