“I love my bag and I used it when I was traveling. Only one problem. The leather tore where the crossbody strap connected to the bag. Maybe I had too much weight in my bag but it tore right at the seam and we have tried to get in contact with customer service and they have no record of our order but we have the receipt from when it was shipped to us but we can’t find our order in our emails. Customer service has not helped us!”
