Vostok Europe was proud to be a partner of the Largest Underwater Cleanup in the World in Sesimbra, Portugal.
João Rainho- saturation professional diver, ambassador of Vostok-Europe and one of the Oceanum Liberandum members, invited certified divers to participate at the underwater cleanup and break the Guinness World Record by bringing together a maximal quantity of divers.All in all, 597 divers within 12 hours removed 3 tons of garbage from the beautiful bay of Sesimbra. The Group of divers BROKE THE GUINNESS RECORD OF THE MOST PARTICIPANTS IN AN UNDERWATER CLEAN-UP IN 12H!!!On that day João Rainho kept track of time by wearing and using the limited-edition watch produced especially for the event.Only 100 of these will ever be built.
