Celebrating a journey that began two decades ago in August 2003, Vostok-Europe has since transformed the realm of watchmaking. Located in Vilnius, Lithuania, a place unfamiliar with the nuances of horology, Koliz Vostok set forth a mission to establish a unique wristwatch line that told intriguing tales and braved the most extreme sports conditions.
Throughout the years, Vostok-Europe (VE) unveiled a myriad of designs, each distinct and functional. Yet, their core principle remained constant: every VE watch was meticulously designed, constructed, assembled, and tested in Vilnius.
In commemoration of this 20-year milestone, VE is proud to unveil an exceptional timepiece. A culmination of art and technology, this watch marries the intricate mechanical movement from Japan, the ever-glowing tritium tubes from Switzerland, and an authentic meteorite dial sourced from the vast expanse of Space.
Features at a Glance:
Dimensions: A commanding Ø 48 x 16.5 mm, with a lug-to-lug distance of 58.1 mm.
Movement: S. Epson YN84, Automatic with 22 jewels and an open balance. Proudly made in Japan.
Functions: Comprehensive features include hours, minutes, seconds, power reserve, and a 24H indicator.
Material & Finish: A bi-color 316L stainless steel case fuses uncoated steel with gray PVD. The finish is an exquisite blend of brushed and matte.
Dial: A genuine meteorite dial, surrounded by a metal ring at 6H. Enhanced with Super Luminova on the dial ring and tritium tubes on the dial and hands, both offering a radiant green glow.
Protection: A robust domed K1 crystal glass (3.7 mm thick) protects the timepiece, offering water resistance up to 200m or 660ft.
Straps & Buckle: The package comprises a solid stainless steel 316L bracelet with gray PVD coating, a black silicone strap, a vibrant red silicone strap, and a sophisticated alligator-style genuine leather strap. The buckle options include a tang style for the silicone and leather straps and a diver style with an extension for the bracelet.
Packaging: Every watch is encased in a lavish black lacquered wooden box with a protective paper box outer layer. The inner layer is adorned with black velvet and showcases the special anniversary branding.
Included in the Package:

Excellent
I was looking to buy and Oppenheimer watch from Atomic Age collection but when I saw this piece I just couldn't resist. I had to have this watch. The quality of the watch is top notch. The level of finish can compete with big swiss names. All my previous watches were 38-42mm and I was worried that 48mm will be to large for my 6.75" wrist but it actually fits very well because of a smart design of the lugs. It is for sure a pretty big and heavy timepiece but I found wearing it to be comfortable. I like the substantial feeling of this watch weight on my wrist. I'm still thinking about getting the Oppenheimer watch as well.
