“I needed a cross rail system for my Ford Flex to mount kayak holders on the roof. Ordered set from a local sporting good store when we bought the kayaks. When they were delivered we tried to put them on they didn't fit so we had to return them. The mounting brackets would not fit around the thick side rails. I searched the internet and found Rack Attack. Their site was easy to navigate and customer service rep I dealt with ... on a Sunday afternoon, was very helpful and confirmed the Thule 450 Crossroad would fit my car and the kayak holders would work with it. The rails arrived within a few days and they worked perfectly and were easy to install!!”
