“I haven't used the system yet, but the ordering process was great! I had a question and figured I would call the number. To my surprise, someone from one of there local stores picked up right away! The individual was extremely helpful and even price matched from another company. He then helped put in the order for me and ran the ground shipping estimate on the USPS website to give me a rough estimate on when I should expect my roof rack. The customer service was so great, I will tell everyone I know about the site and highly recommend this company.”
