The guys in the store were so helpful and considerate with my time line and work schedule. Thank you!! They even inspected the car hitch for integrity. The rack works perfectly and is so easy to use. Once again, my friends at the Rack Attack did not disappoint and went above and beyond.

I love, love this bike rack. I had the roof mounted Thule bike racks for years. Being shorter, sometimes it was difficult getting the bikes on top of my car. The T2 Pro is a dream to use. I just picked up a fat bike and it only took a second to change the wheel strap to accommodate the fat tire.

The rack has traveled from Minneapolis to Palm Springs and back twice and one round trip to upstate NY, also numerous short trips.it has performed perfectly. Great rack!

Solid bike rack, but not without its issues. Mine came with a broken rear wheel holder. Rack Attack sent me a replacement immediately (I cant say enough good things about Rack Attack), The instruction manual is useless. Don't even bother opening it, find a youtube video instead. The one key locks can be quite challenging to get in, again with the useless instruction manual, youtube it. The locks on the front wheel holder, although a nice feature, don't fit around my Surly. That said, the capacity to hold a 5-inch wheel is nice! However, don't look in the instruction manual for instructions on how to adapt the straps for a 5incher, youtube it. The ability to roll the rack when not attached to your car is kind of neat, but also strange. The rack is simply too cumbersome to roll anywhere other than into and out of a full-sized garage door. Once you have the rack assembled and put on your car...its the bomb. Holds both my Fatty and wifes 9r with no problems, nice and solid. The tilt features are handy, and the rack fits securely into the hitch. My biggest beef would be the included locks. They're rather whimpy and don't fit my Fatties. For the price, I would have liked to have seen better and more functional locking, but this is an easy enough fix with some aftermarket cable locks.

The Thule product touches my bumper , not enough hitch extension and completely hides my licence plate, a little disappointing.
