“The rack works great. The spacing between the rails accommodates my 2 electric bikes without bike-to-bike contact. The bikes are held securely and the rack does not wobble while driving. I'm very happy with my purchase.”

“Works well. Heavy but gets out in hitch once per year so not an issue. Only issues I have had in over a year now are related to (1) squeaking arms (nothing in manual about where or how to grease or maintain, had to bring to dealer), and (2) spring on latch handle to release rack to move I to up, level, or down position has stopped working g, have to push and pull latch to get it into place, will also need return to dealer as nothing in manual about how to deal with this. But bikes in rack are very secure, easy to load and unload. Nothing touches frame. Be careful with small frame bikes (e.g. 47 cm or less, as locking arm almost hits and rubs on handlebar when set in place (also maki g it hard to attach the lock).”
