“One of the mounting screws was not threaded. Thule customer service was useless. Offered no help other than to disassemble and return everything.”

“Sturdy, high quality and good looking. Used this over 2 years now and love this for my integrated roof rails. Only wish it's easy to remove prior to winter but that's the nature of integrated roof rails as opposed to the type for cars without rails at all.”

“For starters, Graeme Paterson is a Useless Wanker! Spoke with 'Bag-O-Douche' on/about October 20, 2020, about a faulty Thule installation. Graeme entirely ignored the fact that we had just spent hundreds of dollars on completely unsafe products (some were improperly installed on our vehicle). Graeme's suggestion regarding the faulty-installed Thule, that had nearly fallen off our car after only ONE or TWO days of installation, was...For my spouse & me to merely reattach a major part of the product ourselves (..."because this type of detachment (& re-attachment) is totally normal"...Graeme's baseless words). After speaking with Graeme a couple of times & taking our car to a different Rack Attack location regarding recent Rack Attack negligence (also in Portland, Oregon), it was deemed the product was originally improperly installed (it was installed backwards). Good job with the ignorant & unsafe suggestion, Graeme. Good job valuing us as customers, Rack Attack. My spouse & I felt/feel extremely lucky for having not caused a potentially deadly encounter on public roadways (two weeks later, we drove cross-country...coast to coast). The Oregon Department of Justice, Better Business Bureau, & my spouse, were included on The Dumb (convos with Graeme, October 2020). I will NEVER suggest your company to even my worst enemies, & I will devoutly seek your competitors. #TWAT”
