“It's been perfectly satisfactory--regularly holds 1-4 pair of skis. Used about 50 day last winter. The only criticism I'd make is that the bolts were too short for mounting on the roof rack of my Mercedes ML. I had to purchase replacements. Fortunately, the receivers had a standard thread.”

“A simple solid ski / snowboard rack, which fits easily on different types of cross bars. One thing to consider would be a longer torx bit that could fit a cordless drill - this would make install and removal of the rack faster and simpler.”

“This rack is perfect for our needs (2 pairs of x-country skiis) and is easy to switch out when it is kayaking season. The only drawback is the lock mechanism has a tendency to ice up. To prevent this, I keep it well lubricated with WD-40.”
