“Rock solid. Feels premium and the finish is nice. Bikes are easy to load and unload. Installation and mounting on the hitch took approximately 30 minutes. It does block the rear view camera but that was somewhat expected. Most likely it will happen with any other rack. Tailgate does not fully open but if you have your tailgate setup to open half way it works nicely”

“Great product so far. Just started using it. Very simple as well as sturdy. I love loading my bikes on it. No post to get in the way when loading a heavy E bike”

“The rack is great. It is a complete upgrade from the 1up design. The hitch pin does not fit my car. When I called customer service, it necessitated a 30 minute hold on line only to be told by the manufacturer that there was no appropriate hitch pin for my car or the Rivian. I have gerry rigged a solution, but there is no locking mechanism for the hitch pin available. Rack Attack has no fault in this fiasco other than they should know the problem and warn the customer.”
