They arrived right on time, in good condition. They were relatively easy to install, taking about 30 min. They seem to be very well designed. We used the longest bolts provided and they just barely fit (they couldn't have been even a mm shorter) however it would not be good to have them too long so we understand why. We had to watch a video to figure out how to use the straps and they do the job quite nicely even on the highway at 100kph+ We did notice that the little black plastic "stoppers" were pulled out the first time we took the kayaks off the rack, fortunately we found them on the ground but we'll have to be very careful not to lose them. Otherwise these racks are great, and much better for the kayaks than just tying them on the roof racks with rope.

Have used these carriers for several seasons without any problems.Easy to set up and very secure in use. Initially used on a roof rack, a couple of years ago transfered to a trailer with no difficulty. For a J rack it would be difficult to ask for more.
