“I ordered the YAKIMA FATCAT 6 ski rack and it looks super slick on my Volvo XC-40. Unfortunately, one of the mounts was faulty. I called Rack Attack and they sent me a replacement mount right away. At no extra charge (very happy about that). Wasn't too happy about one faulty part at first, but I appreciated that they assessed the situation in a very professional and friendly way right away. Those small things will keep me as a customer.”

“Rack Attack had some open box Fat Cat racks (last year's discontinued model) that were exactly the size I wanted. They came in perfect condition as advertised. All good and on time. Good experience and great product.”
