“After deciding to buy the Yakima rack, I went to Rack Attack. They matched the lowest internet price, had free shipping and had the item in stock. I received the rack 4 days after ordering. No hang up. No issues. As far as the rack, once put together it's everything the write ups said it would be. The assembly instructions could be a little clearer. The rack is a little heavier than I was hoping for. If weight is an issue for you, bear that in mind. That said, it is substantial and handles the bikes well. They are rock solid while traveling. The only real disappointment is the wimpy pressed metal wrench they supply to tighten the hitch pin nut - and expect you to achieve 150 ft lbs torque! Hello knuckle busters. Get a real 15/16" wrench or socket and ratchet. Your hands will thank you.”

“One word... FANTASTIC! I have the Frontloader, but when I purchased an SUV, the roof height became an issue. Having many years of great experience with Yakima, I added a hitch to my vehicle and purchased the Holdup. I could have purchased a cheaper "Internet knock-off-carrier", but you get what you pay for. The Holdup assembled very quickly and holds my bikes extremely securely... NO wobble as I drive down the road. There is absolutely ZERO hitch rattle due to the insightful design of the hitch bolt... well done. Yakima has out-done themselves with this carrier... It is worth every penny for the peace of mind knowing you aren't going to get hurt loading/unloading from an SUV roof, and that your bikes are safe and secure. GREAT JOB !!!!!”

“The bolt that connects the rack to the hitch does not fit properly and will not bolt in all the way. Other than that, the rack is great.”

“Secure fit in hitch and holds bike well. Love that it also has a lock for the bike, and that the tires can't move freely. Easy to put together and install - the hardest part was getting it out of the box.”
