“Love the rack but was disappointed I needed to spend an additional $40 for the lock cylinders to secure the bikes to the rack.”

“Box product came in could have used much more packing tape holding the box together. Tape was completely worn through on one end of the box. Luckily the rest of the tape banding held. Product was well packaged otherwise and product was unscathed. Rack went together flawlessly and carried my new Trek bike home without any problems.”
