“Overall, I am happy. I do wish there were a locking mechanism built within the bike rack and it is a bit cumbersome to get my bike on because the arm does not rotate out, only up and down. Two bikes are especially difficult without scratching the car.”

“I love the bike rack. It is phenomenal. The only thing I would change is the bike tire connection. I feel like every time I put the bike on, I am going to break off the bike rack piece (the piece that wraps around the back tire). There has to be another way to have that piece on the bike rack so the bike doesn't go on top of it before I can wrap the piece around the back tire. And I wish the rack came with 6 velcro strips instead of 2. I can't seem to get anymore of these strips. Even amazon doesn't sell the exact same ones.”

“Easy to put together, delivered very promptly and had no issues installing to the back of my 2013 Lexus CT200h. Haven't road tested it with a bike yet but very pleased with small profile and ability to tilt with loaded bike to allow access to the trunk”
