“This rack holds bikes securely. The bikes and rack firmly stay in place even over rough terrain. Finish is handsome. It is expensive but it is the best. The only drawback is the weight.”

“This best rack I've owned. Although it is pricey, you get what you pay for. First off it is as packaged very well. Assembly was easy and installation was a breeze. Loading bikes on the rack is so simple and very solid. I typically drive to various locations to ride and this rack is solid as a rock. The rack does not bounce around and the bikes are stable as can be. Other features I love are the ability to have access to rear cargo are, ability to fold up rack and. It have to remove from vehicle, built in locks to secure bikes if I need to run into the store. (Would not trust for long term security) and lastly is being able to transport my carbon frame bikes without having to use the frame as a securing point (which is not a good idea). All in all the is an outstanding rack.”

“This bike rack is one of the most solid pieces of kit I have ever purchased for my vehicle. I am hopeful that I will get many years of service out of it. The assembly process was a bit cumbersome as the instructions were about as useful as a bicycle for a fish. If you aren't mechanically minded, get another rack. If you have assembled enough products in your life to think instructions are for wimps, you're probably going to do fine with this rack. Delivery from RackAttack was fast, faster than the email saying it had been shipped. I did not have any contact with customer service, either for the store or manufacturer, so no comments in that regard. So far, very happy.”
