Perfect for my needs. I have two Giant e-bikes and reviewed different racks. This handles their weight, is easy to use, works perfectly and isn't too heavy to move around when removed from the car. Really like the tilting feature, too. Reasonably priced, too.

We were looking for a bike rack that would allow us to open the back doors with the swing away arm whilst not sitting too far away from the van (it is already long enough IMO). The rack does fit that purpose it does need quite a bit of room to 'swing out'. If you have the luxury of having a drive to park on then this will not be an issue, Just it is going to take a bit of getting used to not being able to just open the back of the van, especially when street parking it can be an issue. 4 Stars for the mount but 10 out of 10 for the service at Rack Attack, it could not have been any better, it was in fact AMAZING :)

So far the rack has completely met my expectations. It's perfect for a van or truck where you need access to the tailgate. We mounted it on our 82 VW Westfalia. Tested it out a few weeks ago - we simply leave the rack swung out of the way for access to the rear hatch while camped, and attach it back when we are ready to go. Can't comment on the long term durability yet but I have confidence in the design and build quality (and lifetime warranty!).
