Works great! Frequently use with MTBs with 29" and 24" wheels at the same time. Loading bikes is fast and secure. Integrated cable locks are nice. Does not extend down below hitch, so works well for low clearance hitches.

Functions well , replaced the tie bar and reduced the sway in the rack. Minor complaints the Saris and made in USA stickers face the car. Got any spares?

Good rack. Slipping it into the trailer hitch is a little fussy due it’s weight. Loading two bikes is also a little fussy. Once loaded they are very secure.

Secure and safe bike rack. I appreciate the point-of-contact design of the rack. Not all sized bikes are as easy to clamp on as others. Strapping the wheel rims can be a bit tricky and gets hands into greasy chain areas, at times. Appreciate the ease of folding up the rack and overall design. Recommend it.

As I am waiting for a bolt to arrive from Saris I have not been able to assemble and try out the rack as yet. Customer support was quick!

The rack is well built, and is very easy to assemble and super easy to use. One thing that could be improved is the wheel holders. They are plastic and one broke during assembly. Saris replaced under warranty this time. I have also broken one on my other rack and I had to purchase a new one.

We live the bike rack but the directions for install were terrible. This included the directions for the lock which were at the end but the lock had to be installed before any screws. We had to take it apart 3 times
