“Great bike carriers. They are extremely easy to attach to the aerobars. The old Sidearm was nice but not easy to remove. These are secure and great quality. I like that I don’t have to leave them attached.”

“I need to preface this with I still believe that Thule (and Rack Attack, I will 100% buy here again) is an awesome brand and very dependable. That being said, it feels like 1 in 6 times I have my mountain bike (Trek Fuel ex7) mounted with the UpRide, there is enough wobble (the bike leaning side to side) with the bike that the locking mechanism fails and the bike falls over while driving. I also have a gravel bike which I transport as often as my mountain bike that has only fallen over in this way twice, so I suspect the weight of the bike creates more back-and-forth movement which causes the failure. It has yet to damage my car (Subaru Impreza hatchback) as the bike does not fall fully out of the mount but I can imagine if it does the bike can be damaged as well. If there were not the need to have child car seats in the back row of my car all of the time, I would just lower the seats and use the extended trunk to transport my bike. To mitigate this I need drive extremely carefully when a bike is mounted and I am still looking for a third party solution on the internet that can resolve the issue.”

“My daughter was moving to Kelowna British Columbia from Ottawa, Ontario. We drove her car the entire distance, three days of driving we experienced strong winds and rain. We drove on four-lane highways and two-lane roads. The Thule UpRide Bike Rack was perfect, we checked it at every break and never had to make any adjustments. We are 100% satisfied and would recommend this product.”

“Love the ease of loading an unloading with this rack. I have 3 of them, 2 with the Fatbike tire adapter. I had a warranty issue with one of them but Thule was awesome and a replacement was offered promptly. In colder weather the sliding mechanism can freeze if water gets inside. The solution is to fully extend and leave up if inside a garage with temperature above freezing. This isn’t going to affect very many people and the fix is easy. I highly recommend this rack and Rack Attack of Mississauga”

“I have 2 of these. They work great. A little difficult setting up the opposite side rack but it's only a one-time adjustment.”
