“Purchased Yakima roof rack in Austin. Used it for trip to Michigan. Easy to install or remove. Very solid and easy to load and secure. I leave it on even when not in use--has very minimal impact on gas mileage and pretty quiet.”

“I've been researching roof baskets for several months. This bad boy is pricey, but the convenience alone makes it worth it. None of the other brands (that i konw of) have quick release latches. If you plan on taking the rack on/off more than a couple times a year you'll appreciate being able to do it in a minute rather than looking for tools and screwing around with 8 nuts. Haven't had it on long enough to test durability or longevity, but so far it looks great. My only 'beef' is the lack of accessories to be able to mount shovels or jacks to the basket. I knew this going in, so it is what it is. Time to get creative!”

“Fits the 2020 subaru outback outdoor xt very well. Looks good on it also. Additional functionality of having the cross bars mounted on top of the rack is excellent.”
