A great bike rack for our two e-bikes, comes with a ramp to fool the bikes up on. Great bike rack.

Purchased in 2022 and installed on my Forte 5. Securely holds my E-bike and another adult size bicycle. What I like about it is that it locks to hitch and can tilt with bikes on or off it for hatchback access. Since I am older and my E-Bike weighs 18 kg it is nice to have the fold up ramp hidden and stored underneath the platform which allows me to roll my bike right onto the rack platform. When not in use I can remove it from the hitch and store in the trunk.

I've had the Easy Fold XT for about 1 year and have used it to transport 2 E Bikes on a variety of trips, overnight as well as daytrips. The rack has performed flawlessly. Easy to setup and very secure once attached to the hitch. Our ebikes are a bit heavy, weighing about 55 lbs. without the batteries and I don't know how I would transport them otherwise. Attaching the rack and putting on the 2 bikes takes about 20 minutes. Same with removal. I would add that I also purchase the Thule license plate bracket to attach to the bikes once on the rack. Don't want the police stopping and fining me for obstructing the plate. All in all the rack, while not inexpensive, has been a great buy. I would strongly recommend for ebikes.

We just love it as it is so stable, solid and easy to use. Nothing more to say.

The rack works very well to hold our two ebikes. We mounted it on our Mzada CX5 and drove from Ottawa to Naples Fl last winter. The only issue is the vehicle lights are not too visible when the bikes are mounted so I added two LED strips to the rack to ensure light visibility to following vehicles. I also found the mount for the license plate on the rack was not too useful but purchased a separate Thule license mount that attaches to the bikes. It is also illuminated so that is better for night driving. The only issue I have is the way Rack Attack installed the hitch on my SUV. Part of the hitch comes into contact with the vehicle exhaust pipe. This causes some banging noise when the car goes over bumps. Not a huge deal but still a bit annoying.

Things I would change: When I put it on my hitch, I have to tighten the rotating handle to ensure it's good and tight and secure and snug. There is no way of knowing if it's secure or not other than you just keep tightening until your hand gets tired. I wish there was a way that it would stop so I know I've successfully tightened it, and it's safe. Right now I just keep on cranking until I get too tired to crank further. When I slide it on to the hitch I know that it could go in another inch, but the pin that goes through, means that I have to stop while there is still another inch for it to go in further. This means my whole rack sticks out from the hitch further than necessary in my mind. The further out, gravity takes over and it bounces more. I wish the rack went further into the hitch, and the hole for the pin was further back to accommodate sliding in further. When we first bought my rack it bounced a lot. The gang from Rack Attack recommended and got me a tether strap so it doesn't bounce. This solved the issue. One extra step to take but well worth it and quite satisfactory now. I have a sedan so the rack was low enough already never mind worse when bouncing. The gang from Rack Attack were fantastic. Well done. I do love our Thule bike rack. I can load it up and put the bikes on in 7 minutes or less. It really is a piece of cake. I feel it's a quality piece. Thank you.

Awesome. So easy to use. Great ramp for heavier bikes and fat tires. Highly recommend.

This is a great rack. It's a bit pricey compared to the competition. It doesn't look quite as beefy as it is (it has a plasticky look and the platform even feels a bit plasticky, but rest assured, it's a good, heavy-duty rack!) The whole thing is well-designed, from the way it folds up and stores, you can even wheel it away, the way it clamps into place on your hitch, even the handy ramp storage is great. The only shortfall I have found is that, more than once, the clamps have backed off my bike while in transit, leaving it loose. It was still secure because of the tire straps, but I found that I needed to turn the clamp two full turns to return it to fully secure position. How did this happen? It would seem that the mechanism was not fully locked and so it just backed off on its own with vibration and movement. But I always try to take great care to lock it and check to see that the wheel spins freely before taking off. Time and again, however, I return to the back of my RV to find the same result: a loose clamp. I wish Thule would design this such that the lock was as much a "sure thing" as the click-click you hear when the clamp is tightened down.
