Easy to install and use. Holds either of my bikes securely and the locking system is perfect!

Recovering from a rotator cuff injury from this rack! The wheelwell troughs are not deep enough, and are practically flat. This means that the front tire slips out of the front wheelwell while tilting the bike to engage the vertical securement. I prefer my older Thule BigMouth rack since the wheelwells were deep and I didn't need to tilt the bike to engage the vertical securement. Thule failed on this rack, probably by accommodating for too many wheel types (i.e. fat tires).

Easy to use. Need a better mechanism for wheel straps because they get in the way at first. Bike is sturdy once attached. Excellent customer service!

Plastic pieces where wheel is placed broke on both models of this rack. And when they break you cannot use the rack because the bike would fall sideways while driving. Strongly recommend upgrading the quality of that part from plastic. Wish I could get 2 news parts as well.

Nick, thank you for your feedback. Have you reached out to us or to Thule to assist with the challenge?

Great for very low cars, not for SUV's and I wish I had researched this more. I wasn't aware of the impact it would have on how much I ride when I had this on top of my SUV. It's sturdy and easy enough to use. Set up takes a long time when initially installed. And then in the end my partner drove into an underground forgetting the bikes are on there, so there goes a few $1,000's and now I have a refurbished bike :( So in totality, more cons than pros. If you can get a rack that goes on the hitch it's a way better solution. It only lasted 2 years so not worth it IMO.

Sorry to hear about the garage damage - it does happen more frequently than you would think. Let us know if we can help in getting that replaced.

I now own 2 X Thule Proride XT racks. One carries the kiddo's 24" MTB and the other carries an adult 29" MTB. No issues getting either bike secured into the racks. Once they are locked in, there is no wobbling while in transit on the top of the vehicle. The racks are secured using the t-nuts on a set of Thule Wingbars. No issues with the racks moving around in this configuration. No odd noises from rattling or anything. Would buy again.
