“The Thule square bar is extremely durable and adjustments can be made on spacing to accommodate different Thule storage boxes, bike racks. I just replaced mine last year after 18 years. The guys at Rack Attack said you don't really need to replace them as they are still strong but I saw rust and was taking no chances. Rack Attack staff are great and will not upsell you. Also if you get the Thule bars make sure you get the locks so someone can't walk off with them.”
