“I really like the rack as it is light and easy to attach and remove from the hitch. It has amazing features such as: The rack locks to the hitch You can lower the rack so that you can open the trunk without having to remove thr hitch I has a lock that you can lock the bike to the rack There are 2 issues that are disappointing : The straps and or buckles are getting a little difficult to release when you want to take the bike off the rack. The rack for 2 bikes is very tight to get two bikes on the rack. Overall I am very happy with my Thule Helium Pro 2 Bike Rack and would have no problem recommending it. I am looking to trade in my Pro 2 Bike Rack for Thule Helium Pro 3 bike rack even though I have not required the transportation of 3 bikes.”

“Very poor. Bikes rocked and padding peeled off after an hour on road. Switched to t2 pro xp.”
