“Great to hold bikes with no great effort. Only issue was locking and releasing the cable lock. But not a problem as it can be wrapped around without locking to rack. Love it”

“Overall, it’s awesome! Holds 2 e-bikes (most racks won’t carry that weight), super easy to get bikes on and off. Sturdy. My only criticism is the locking pin that attached the rack to the hitch. Once it’s on it’s secure for sure. But the pin itself is a bit temperamental to click in, and if you’re having problems with it you basically need to lay on the ground to check it/get it in! As long as you’re not taking the rack on and off your car all the time it’s not an issue. Overall, definitely recommend this rack, juts a small thing the manufacturer could do to improve it!”
