Exceptionally easy to load heavy bikes on this rack. Rack itself easily removed from and inserted into receiver hitch. Only advice is to keep hinge and spring-loaded release pin well lubricated, so that rack can be moved to upward stowed position when not in use. My dealer, Rack Attack, has been attentive to the few issues I've had with the rack. I highly recommend this dealer in the Colorado Springs area.

Overall it has been a great bike rack. The only issue has been the little cable secures the piece that secures the bike rack when it is either up or down to the bike rack broke.

I had a Kuat rack in which my bike fell off the rack. I got rid of it in favor of this rack. It is easier to load a bike. I feel the bikes are more secure with 2 fastening points versus one on the Kuat. Plus I got a ramp and locking cable.

This rack is great, allows easy loading and unloading of heavy ebike. Was almost all assembled, just had to bold hitch onto rack, took less than 10 minutes and it was on the car ready to go. Rack seems very sturdy, doesn't have alot of play. It is a bit awkward to lower rack to open tailgait, definitely needs two people to do that but really don't use that feature much. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the rack!

Only giving 4 stars as the hookup is more difficult than our previous Yakima rack. The locking system is difficult to access you almost need to lay under the vehicle to secure. The rack itself was for a new e bike purchase and I still must use an added cross bar to secure bike ( Trek Verve- Woman's). Does not appear to be sturdy but there was zero movement while driving with the prescribed # of vehicles at 55 lbs each. We purchased an addition lock to secure rack to hitch. We also store the drive up ramp in the vehicle as the system bolts it in place but does not lock it. Watch a U-Tube Video to install. Setup took about 20...not mechanically inclined but managed.
