“Slighly gritty but miles better than any other plant based protein. Used now after two climbs of Taranaki and one "half climb" ( bailed with strong winds) various routes, one on very firm ice for both ascent and descent, and others mixtures of soft-firm conditions. Muscle recovery is great, no aches even 2 days after. Brilliant recovery shake. Thank you.”
