“I really wanted to like them but they just didnt fill me up and I was dying for a snack each day about 10am and then ravenous by lunchtime. The taste was ok. The fruit ones were nicer than either coconut or chocolate. Much easier and lighter than carrying my normal porridge hiking, on the upside.”
