“Brilliant Protein shakes after training. Gives you that genuine " full stomach/body " effect and certainly powers up the body with a super satisfied feeling. Makes the Recovery time a lot quicker, which means my next sessions are always ready to go, without the tiredness factor. Easy to mix in seconds and goes down like a dream.
