“Tasty and filling. I'd read in another review before purchasing that they manage to keep some crispy bits in there despite the rehydrating, and can confirm this is true! Nice to have a bit of variation in texture.”

“This is my favourite backpacking meal by far! The flavour is rally delicious, it rehydrates in no time, it’s just the right portion size and it leaves you feeling satisfied and happy. I really look forward to having the falafel meal when I’m away. Radix is my favourite company and I’ve recommended them to all my friends. Postage came really quickly to Aus from NZ too.”

“Felt like I was eating a falafel kebab after a night on the town. Even though I had just walked 25kms in wet boots rather than 25m in heels, the satisfaction and reward felt truely the same. Would buy this one again (my fav so far) and the odd broccoli taste which overwhelms some of the others was almost non existent in this one.”

“I tried this meal on a recent tramp, and found it delicious and satiating. As a vegetarian, I try to get enough of the correct nutrition when out in the mountains, but sometimes it's difficult to get a hot meal, that tastes great, and is filling. I was curious as to how the falafel content would be produced, but it was excellent! Thank you. I really enjoyed this meal, especially knowing that it was giving me the fuel I needed.”

“This was the first meal I cracked at home "just to try" something from my first Radix order. All re-hydrated brilliantly, texture was great, ingredients/macro wise was right on what was needed. For a vego meal can't recommend this and the Mexican Chill with Avocado highly enough. I've already re-ordered both for my next multi-night hike.”

“First time tasting Radix. Was impressed with the different vegetarian options. This tasted fresh & delicious & better than other hiking meals I’ve tried in the past. I could taste different vegetables & herbs. 600 calories was very filling for me. Will buy again.”
