“The Ultimate Recovery Smoothie has turned out to be the perfect refueling meal for me after a long run. I make it into a chocolate mousse with. Frozen bananas and soy milk and eat it out of a bowl. I feel it soothing out my aches and upset stomach after a long run at race tempo. Best find ever!”
