“Took these on a guided climb after being recommended them by a triathlete friend of mine. My energy levels were brilliant and I had no issues with the several hours of hard climbing after breakfast which was my concern and an issue I normally have training after breakfast. So good that I now use the wellbeing and performance range breakfasts during the week. Thumbs up!”

“I've been using this on weekday mornings with training before work and they are brilliant. Nearly exactly the macro's I try to hit made easy and honestly from great ingredients. For whatever the price difference would be I honestly don't care, maybe a dollar or two more than what I may otherwise have, much cheaper than anything from a cafe but these are in my kit bag ready for me whenever I need them. Epic.”
