“I have been having the breakfast 400kcal for the last 2 months for breakfast 6 days a week. This is the only change to my diet and exercise regime. I have lost 2 kgs without changing anything else. The breakfast has stopped my food cravings and picking, and on top of that I love that it is such a well balanced and healthy meal. I’ve introduced many friends and family to the breakfast and they are all converted. I love the mix of flavours in the variety pack too. Well done Radix! Jenni”

“Fantastic product. Keeps me full for the whole day. First breakfast meal I have found that has done this. Usually I’m hungry an hour later! Also I’m a type 1 diabetic and it keeps my levels stable with no after meal glucose spikes. Like the variety of flavours to change things up. Highly recommend.”

“super easy to make and yummy with hot water and a bit of honey on top! I've honestly liked every flavour I've tried but I think strawberry or mango are my favourites! makes it so much easier to fit a nutritious breakfast into my day as well.”
