“Works great. Not perfect, but nearly so. Been retreating a pressure treated pine deck at 6 month intervals, and the product has effectively prevented discoloration. It has worked so well that I have postponed using a deck stain/sealer for over two years since the new deck was installed. Durability, stain and water resistance is remarkable, particularly considering that this is a water based product.”

“Easy application, renewed initial two coat application 6 months later with a light coating and I am pleased with the appearance (unchanged) of my deck and the water repellency that has resulted from the addition of another coat without resulting in a slippery surface. I'll be recoating at least annually, maybe sooner, but this looks like this is the solution to preserving my pressure treated deck without tinting the natural and desirable appearance.
