“I had used the SkyTrak three times and it was very inaccurate.
It reads about 10% lower ball speed and distance and club speed for every club. I have returned it to skytrak where they made me pay for the shipping and have had it for a few days now without contacting me. I am still waiting to see if they could recalibrate the unit. Hopefully I am not charged for this service. I am not very happy since this is a $2,200 plus purchase ($4,000 w/net and matt) where I have not been able to use for the last month. Hopefully the unit is returned to me soon in proper working order.”

Rain or Shine Golf serves as a third party vendor for SkyTrak and unfortunately at this time we don't have the ability to service parts and equipment or navigate software issues on their behalf.
