“The filter did not fit properly, it was manufactured too thick around the edges. the metal edges would not slide into the slots. I had to grind the end tab and open the slots on the hood too fit. I called the customer support phone number and was told that since I ordered the proper filter with the correct part number on line they would not address my concern but I should contact on the web site ? Since my original needed to be replace I kept the new ones.I would appreciate being contacted. You have my contact details.”
