“I ordered a replacement filter for my range hood. It got here in a timely manner, except the post office bent the package such that there was a crease in the frame. I contacted the seller just to let them know that they might want to package their product better, to make it through the mail system. They sent me another filter at no charge. In general, customer service seems to be a thing of the past, but not in this case. Thanks.”
