“Not sure how it will help with the cooking smell since we have ductless range hood filter that is 30 years old. My mother thought our RHF was so useless that she stopped using it in the 1990's. Though I just recently discovered that the charcoal filter of our RHF needed be changed. The old charcoal filter was rusted and greasy when I pulled it out, but it was a real charcoal filter with the real charcoal grits inside. Unlike this new filter that's made with what, charcoal mesh? But what do I know? Perhaps I'm just wasting money with our old RHF.”
